After twenty years as a FBI Special Agent, Jane Turner led efforts to force the FBI to provide protection for child sex crime victims on the North Dakota Indian Reservations. In retaliation for exposing FBI failures within its child crime program, Turner was removed from her position. Her whistleblower case is still pending.

Since September 11, 2001, FBI counterterrorism expert Bassem Youssef
has fought within the FBI to end discrimination against Arab Americans
and to protect the American people from another terrorist attack. The DOJ’s Office of Professional
Responsibility concluded that the FBI illegally retaliated against Mr.
Youssef for making whistleblower disclosures.

Guantanamo Bay Whistleblower Retaliated Against A former prosecutor who blew the whistle on the abuse of our Constitution in the Guantanamo Bay military commissions is now in danger of losing his 19-year military career. Lieutenant Colonel Darrel Vandeveld was retaliated against for having the courage to follow orders and speak the truth about the mockery of due process afforded to detainees in Guantanamo Bay.
