INTEGRATING THE FALSE CLAIMS ACT INTO YOUR LAW PRACTICE

This seminar will provide an introduction to the law to help an attorney determine both how and whether to file a claim.

This seminar will take place on Friday, July 23, 2010 from 12:00 pm - 3:00pm EST. Attorneys can participate in-person, or via teleconference.  To register for this seminar, click here

IN HONOR OF EARTH DAY, NWC TO HOST SPECIAL SEMINAR:
      "PROTECTING ENVIRONMENTAL WHISTLEBLOWERS"
      Wednesday April 21, 2010 12:00 - 2:00 pm EST

In honor of earth day, the National Whistleblowers Center is sponsoring a special training seminar, "Protecting Environmental Whistleblowers." In enacting seven separate environmental and nuclear whistleblower protection laws, Congress recognized that employees are the eyes and ears of environmental protection, and are on the front line for both recognizing and stopping illegal pollution and contamination of water, air and land. These courageous employees often face swift retaliation for doing the right thing.

This training is open to environmental activists and attorneys, who can participate in person at the National Whistleblowers Center or via teleconference. For a full description of the seminar and faculty information, click here.
