The Whistleblower's Handbook.This was the first meeting between Dr. Whitehurst and Ms. Turner, although he has provided over the phone assistance to her since 1992.

Three Environmental Protection Agency whistleblowers, who are also members of the NWC Board of Directors, were among those hosting the celebration for Stephen Kohn's new book.
Dr. David Lewis (left), who's cutting edge scientific research forced the EPA to
abandon its policy of promoting the land application of sewage sludge on
farm land; Dr. Marsha Coleman-Adebayo (center) who led the charge against retaliation at the EPA and led the successful campaign to enact the NO FEAR Act; and
Mr. William Sanjour (right), who challenged rules restricting EPA workers right to speak to environmental community groups and won a court ordered a nationwide injunction upholding the First Amendment right of federal employees to criticize their agencies.

sex crime victims on the North Dakota Indian Reservations, and former FBI whistleblower and NWC Board member Fred Whitehurst,
who's efforts forced the president to execute an Executive Order ensuring whistleblower protection of all FBI agents who expose misconduct, to host the celebration for
The Whistleblower's Handbook.

NWC Counsel for Special Litigation David Colapinto introduces whistleblower
Marrita Murphy. Murphy challenged the unfair taxation of compensation and
damages awarded to illegally fired whistleblowers. Although she was
initially successful, the court of appeals buckled under pressure from
the Internal Revenue Service and reversed its decision. Mr. Colapinto served as Murphy's pro bono counsel.
Whistleblower Hap Barko who blew the whistle on illegal Halliburton contracts during the war in Iraq is thanked for his efforts by NWC President Michael Kohn.

Army Corps of Engineers whistleblower Bunny Greenhouse and FBI whistleblower Bassem Youssef were among the whistleblowers hosting the celebration for Stephen Kohn's highly acclaimed The Whistleblower's Handbook.

Navy Research Lab whistleblower Kiki Ikossi, who won the right for federal employees to pursue "mixed case" whistleblowers claims under the Whistleblower Protection Act is pictured with NWC President Michael Kohn. Kohn successfully argued Ikossi v. England before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
