Paulette Taylor was part of a class action lawsuit claiming discrimination on the basis race and gender at the Social Security Administration. On June 26, 2010, after 19 years of litigation and appeals the Office of Federal Operation, upheld the ALJ’s decision. The class prevailed in showing class-wide discrimination against non-supervisory African-American GS-11 female employees who were denied promotions to the GS-12 grade level.
