Ben Falstein is the National Whistleblower Center’s Litigation Fellow where his work focuses on fighting for individuals who have exposed fraud and other corrupt practices. Ben received his J.D. from Georgetown Law where he served as an Executive Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal. While in law school, Ben was a legal clerk at the United States Commission on Civil Rights, and he also worked at a California law firm where he specialized in whistleblower litigation under the False Claims Act. Ben received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ben assists in all aspects of whistleblower claims and also helps to further the National Whistleblower Center’s public policy initiatives in order to strengthen whistleblower protections.
