Charlie Vazquez is the Development Strategist for National Whistleblower Center. He advises and helps lead NWC fundraising efforts. Vazquez is an independent grant-writer who has raised over $1.3 million in capital campaigns and program funding for organizations such as the Bronx Council on the Arts, the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance, since 2014.
