National Whistleblower Center Announces National Whistleblower Day Program

The National Whistleblower Center will host a three-day online event in late July featuring legislative panels, international whistleblower perspectives, and advocate recognition programs.

WASHINGTON, D.C. | May 30, 2022 — National Whistleblower Center (NWC) is excited to announce the general program for National Whistleblower Day 2022, which is now 60 days away. This year’s program will be entirely live and online and NWC hopes for robust audience engagement.

National Whistleblower Day will be a three-day event live online and interactive.

The Preliminary Program is as follows (all times in EST):

  • Legislative (Thursday, July 28)
  • International Whistleblowers and Whistleblower Advocates (Friday, July 29)
    • 2 PM: Opening Remarks
    • 2:30 PM: Panel of Non-US Legislators and Whistleblower Advocates
    • 3:30 PM: International Whistleblower Experiences
    • 5 PM: Keynotes
  • Advocates and Whistleblower Recognition (Saturday, July 30)
    • 2 PM: Opening Remarks with Siri Nelson and Jane Turner
    • 2:30 PM: Life After Whistleblowing
    • 3:30 PM: Early Career Whistleblower Advocates, featuring Matthew Beddingfield.
    • 5 PM: Keynotes
