Biography
Tim Phillips has been practicing law since 2008. He is licensed to practice in both Minnesota and California. He has handled more than 25 trials.
Tim has substantial experience representing whistleblowers. For example, Tim represented the whistleblower in a successful case where a company agreed to pay nearly $1.3 million to settle allegations related to falsifying quality test results on government-funded road paving projects in Minnesota from 2017 to 2022.
Tim attended college at the University of Minnesota Morris. He started law school at William Mitchell (now Mitchell Hamline) in St. Paul, and then transferred to the University of California Hastings (now UC Law San Francisco). His concentration at Hastings was public interest law.
