Join Us March 2 to Celebrate the False Claims Act

WASHINGTON, D.C. | February 23, 2022 — To commemorate the 159th anniversary of the False Claims Act, National Whistleblower Center (NWC) is hosting a virtual celebration with FCA experts and whistleblower advocates on March 2.

The event will begin at 2 PM EST with a LinkedIn Live, co-sponsored by Whistleblower Network News, featuring:

This panel of experts, moderated by NWC Executive Director Siri Nelson, will discuss the False Claims Act and the need for its continued improvement, followed by live Q&A with the audience.

At 4PM EST, NWC will premiere a keynote address from Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA), providing a status update on the False Claims Act and emphasizing the necessity of continued improvements.

To protect the FCA and reverse the whistleblower decline, Sen. Grassley has worked with colleagues on a new set of amendments. NWC has advocated for the swift passage of the amendments, and encourages individuals to contact their representatives to express their support.
