Sarah Khan is a Litigation Fellow at the National Whistleblower Center. Before joining NWC, Ms. Khan interned with the American Federation of Government Employees and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. As a law student, she took part in Georgetown’s Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection and its Women and Immigration practicum.
She graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Philosophy in 2013 and from Georgetown University Law Center with a J.D. in 2018.
