Gerald Smith filed complaints against the U.S. Air Force Investigator General’s office alleging destruction of evidence, false statements, improper mental health referrals, and numerous adverse actions against him resulting in his non-promotion. Smith appealed to the Air Force Medical Board who found that he had received a false diagnosis and was returned to active duty. He founded Human Rights Support to assist individuals with resources to fight human rights violations.
